Become a Licensed Esthetician

Our program prepares you to become a Florida Licensed Facial/Skin Care Specialist, fully certified for employment under the Florida Board of Cosmetology guidelines. It's designed to meet all educational requirements set by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

In this program students gain a complete foundation in skincare, anatomy, and professional aesthetics. They learn how to work with different skin types and conditions, understand acne, pigmentation, sensitivity, and age-related changes, and perform advanced treatment protocols safely and effectively.

The curriculum includes skin histology, facial anatomy, cosmetic ingredients, massage techniques, manual facial treatments, disinfection and sterilization, hair removal techniques such as waxing, brow and lash tinting and the use of modern aesthetic equipment.

In addition, they learn Florida laws, regulations, and business requirements for opening and operating an esthetic or medical spa. Graduates leave fully prepared to work in both clinical and spa environments — or even start their own business.
