Beginners course: this 2-day basic training is designed for beginners. You will learn the fundamentals of permanent makeup, focusing on one technique: ombre brows, blush lips, or eyeliner. The course is hands-on, ensuring you gain the skills and confidence to create stunning results. Certification is provided upon completion.
Advanced course: tailored for experienced PMU artists, this 2-day advanced training covers complex techniques like advanced brow shaping, color correction, advanced eyeliner shading, and combo/hybrid brows. This course is designed to elevate your artistry and refine your skills. Certification is included.

Day 1
Fundamentals
Skin, pigment, and color theory; safety and sanitation; mapping and design for your chosen technique (powder brows, lip blush, or eyeliner).

Hands-on
Guided practice on real models, aftercare, and your certification.

Then
License with the DOH
Complete a Department-approved bloodborne pathogens course and apply to the Florida Department of Health for your Tattoo Artist License ($60 state fee).
After you're licensed
What happens next
- Apply for your Florida Tattoo Artist License: 18+, bloodborne pathogens course with a 70% score, photo ID, $60 state fee.
- Work from a licensed tattoo establishment, or license your own facility ($200 state fee plus a biomedical waste permit).
- Renew annually. Return for the advanced course when you are ready to expand your menu.
